General Conditions for Registration
Please note that we could only accept payment by credit card. The credit card will be charged 6 weeks before the conference. Only completed and signed registration forms can be accepted. Your registration will be considered binding and final as soon as you receive an invoice/ a formal booking confirmation. Within the next two weeks you will receive the invoice. The last day for advance registration is September 10, 2010. Later registrations are only possible on site. All conference documents will be handed out on site at the registration desk.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing to CONVENTUS GmbH. Cancellation of attendance and reimbursement of the total of the registration fee is possible until August 15, 2010. A handling fee of 50 Euros will have to be charged in this case. After August 15, 2010 annulment will not be possible. If not paid already, the participant will be charged the total amount of the registration fee.
